The best part about it is that you can follow my Pilates technique videos which I have recently created for those people who are new to Pilates or for anyone who wants to remind themselves of the basic principles of Pilates if they are coming back to exercise after a while. I notice that a lot of people can struggle to get the hang of the correct breathing technique when exercising, which is really important because it affects how effectively our abdominal and pelvic floor muscles work. I also notice people sometime struggling to find the correct position to be in before performing an exercise. If this sounds like you or if you’re just not sure and don’t know where to start these short introduction videos will be great to get you moving in the right way.

During your trial you will gain access to many of my fitness videos. Whether you are looking to improve your strength or flexibility or if you are wanting to exercise again after having a baby I’m sure there’s something that will suit your needs.

You will also have the chance to take part in 1 or 2 live stretch classes. Start your week right by joining me on Monday morning, get your body moving to set you up for the week ahead. Or join me on Saturday morning to stretch and relax after a long week.

If you are struggling to commit to a live class there are plenty of on-demand videos on the website which you can do at any time to suit you.

The videos from the 8 week Pilates program, the 6 week workout program and the 12 week postnatal Pilates program are all ordered, they gradually increase in intensity and difficulty each week. It is advised that you don’t skip any weeks even if you find the videos easy as you may miss an important instruction and your body needs a strong foundation before you start doing any exercises which are more complicated.

The videos in the package require little or no equipment and can be done in the comfort of your own home. For the weights workout videos you will need a set of weights, ideally 2 x dumbbells and a kettlebell. For the Pilates and stretch videos you will ideally need a mat, stretch band and a small Pilates ball.

Please check with your relevant health advisor before committing to this program.  If you have been given the all clear to exercise, it is still very important for you to listen to your body and to not do any of the exercises if they are causing you any problems.
