Pilates is one of the BEST exercises that you can do during pregnancy and in your postnatal recovery. I offer sessions for clients in their second and third trimester and in the postnatal phase sessions are suitable for those who have had their postnatal check up.
I have been qualified as an ante and postnatal fitness instructor since 2016 and an ante and postnatal mat Pilates instructor since 2018 and now that I am mainly working as a Pilates teacher I wanted to be able to offer reformer sessions to my pre and postnatal clients. I absolutely love working with women who are pregnant and postnatal. It’s such an amazing time to be able to offer support and guidance.
