In-Person Mat Pilates Classes – Anstey & Evington
Join me for friendly, all-level Pilates classes held in welcoming community spaces:

Mondays, 12:30–1:30pm at Jubilee Hall, Anstey

Wednesdays, 9:00–10:00am at Village Hall, Evington
These classes offer a relaxed and supportive atmosphere combined with high energy and fun challenges to help you build strength and improve your body’s function.
Focused on balance, core strength, pelvic floor engagement, posture, breathing, and overall body awareness, each session encourages you to move with intention both on and off the mat. Through functional exercises and mindful movement, you’ll reset your body and learn to stand and sit tall throughout your day.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, these classes provide a safe space to reconnect with your body and improve your wellbeing.
