- James WoodfordAbout five years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet Charlotte at my local gym.
I have always had the philosophy of trying my best to keep as fit as possible but was beginning to feel my age. Having a desk based job didnāt help. I was struggling with back problems and general aches and pains and had reluctantly accepted that my best years were behind me. Even getting out of bed in the morning was a struggle.
Charlotte advised how important stretching and posture is for the wellbeing of the body and explained how muscle tightness in one area of the body has a domino effect on other parts of the body.
I had nothing to lose so decided to start attending her stretch classes. Iāve not looked back since. With her guidance and assistance, my physical state has been transformed way beyond my expectations.
Carrying out a basic stretch routine a couple of times a week has been invaluable for me. I can honestly say that I feel years younger, have never been as flexible as I am now and barely suffer with any pain.
Such massive reward for so little effort.

Strength and flexibility eight videos:
All the videos are very inspiring with clear instructions,visual demonstrations and focus on correct technique.
I started with Video 1 and gradually progressed to Video 8.
In my opinion I find video number one a perfect start to gain flexibility, stamina , mobility .
I then gradually moved on to doing other videos which are challenging & requires focus with attaining correct technique of engaging the pelvic floor!
I Would highly recommend joining Charlotteās online website.

Her video classes are exactly the same all delivered with her customary good humour and care. The silver membership is very good value. - James WoodfordBeing a member at my local gym I was a regular in Charlotteās classes. She helped transform me from being a middle aged creaking gate to feeling a good deal younger and far more mobile and flexible.
With the recent gym closure due to the pandemic, I was so grateful that her website provided me with the chance to carry on from home using her online videos. I subscribed to the silver membership which provided a set of excellent videos with clear instruction that I could follow. Each video took you a little further through the course.
In addition to the online content, Charlotte has also been providing regular live online classes where she advises all attendees on technique and postural positioning and even gives options on level of difficulty so you can meet your own capabilities.
I would thoroughly recommend subscribing to the packages available. Itās suitable for all ages and really does make a difference to how your body feels.

After years of treatment and suffering the clinic that helped the most kept giving my stretch and Pilates exercises to do as part of my coping regime as well as encouraging me that a stronger core was the only way to really help me. A friend recommended me to Charlotte's stretch class 3 years ago which I thought might help a little. In fact, it helped a whole lot. I joined her Pilates group which again is fantastic, and I am certain has contributed hugely to me now being (back wise) the best I have been. I no longer have nor fear the locking spasms and am pretty certain I have gained some height back. As a bonus Pilates is also a great way of clearing your mind on a Friday!We all happily spend money on maintenance for our cars and assume our bodies will endure anything with no investment.
