Specializing in supporting busy professionals, pregnant clients, and postnatal women, I offer expert, personalized coaching that fits around your schedule and meets your individual needs. Each session is designed to help you move safely, efficiently, and confidently, with modifications provided as needed.
In addition to online sessions, I also offer in-person 1:1 training at home near Hinckley and at Hamilton’s Honour Gym in Oadby on Wednesdays.
