Description

Every Wednesday I’m based at Hamilton’s Honour Gym in Leicester. 

I’m a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience helping people move, feel and live better. My journey into fitness began while working as a Fitness Advisor at a University of Leicester, where I decided to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with YMCAfit in 2014. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a huge variety of clients, each with their own goals, backgrounds and starting points.

I’ve supported people who were brand new to the gym, early-morning mobile clients, and those training for specific events such as half marathons and long-distance bike rides. I’ve worked with clients wanting to get super fit and in great shape, as well as those whose main goal was simply to improve their overall health, confidence and wellbeing. I truly believe that fitness should be accessible, enjoyable and tailored to the individual.

I also specialise in pre- and postnatal fitness and absolutely love helping women stay active throughout pregnancy, then rebuild strength, confidence and connection with their bodies in the postnatal period. I understand the realities of training as a mum and I’m always happy to entertain little ones so that mum can enjoy an hour to herself to move, stretch and feel better, physically and mentally.

Coming from a sports therapy background, I have a strong interest in injury recovery and injury prevention. I enjoy helping clients train safely, rebuild strength after setbacks, and move in a way that supports long-term health and function.

I genuinely love what I do. Helping people to feel better, look better and function better in everyday life is what motivates me, and I’m proud to support my clients at every stage of their fitness journey.
