Antenatal Fitness
This is the antenatal fitness program is designed for pregnant people after the first trimester. It is only suitable for those who also have face-face personal training so that a full explanation can be given for each exercise. Also, to ensure that each exercise if suitable for you.

Balance
Balance is a very important part of how well our bodies move and function effectively. We need good balance for most movements that our bodies perform. Having good balance can help to improve your posture, it can help to improve your athletic ability and can help to prevent you from falling over.

Desk exercises
In this section I will cover how to set up your desk at home to make it as comfortable as possible. There are also some short videos containing mobility exercises that you can do at anytime of the day. Sitting at your desk or when you have finished work for the day.

Full body workout
This includes 3 videos per week for 6 weeks. Including a lower body workout, upper body workout and a full body workout. You will need a set of weights either dumbbells or kettlebells to be able to complete this workout. This program is ideal for anyone who is: keen to learn about using free weights or for anyone who wishes to improve their technique. These videos are between 15-25 minutes long. They do not include a full warm up or cool down/stretch so it is advised that you do another video before and after these workouts!

Pilates technique videos
Here are a series of short technique videos to help anyone who is struggling with their technique. It's very important that we get the foundations right for each exercise, so if you're not sure or if you need some more practise then these videos are a great place to start.

Postnatal Pilates
This is the postnatal Pilates program is ideally suited to those who are within the first 6 months of being postnatal. The idea of the package is to help you regain some all over body strength focusing on core strength. By the end of the program you should feel strong and confident enough to go back to whatever exercise you were doing before your pregnancy.

Strength and Flexibility
This strength and flexibility Pilates program is designed for anyone who wants to strengthen their body in a balanced way which a focus on core strength. The videos progress gradually to ensure that you build on a solid foundation.

Stretch
Follow these stretch videos to help improve your flexibility, reduce stiffness and muscular aches and pains.

Weights workout
This 6 week program includes: 3 videos per week including a lower body workout, upper body workout and a full body workout.
